1) Scope & Acceptance
- By subscribing or continuing to access Hybris Tube content, you agree to these Terms of Use and any policies referenced here.
- These terms apply to members who have purchased a plan after reviewing our Available Packages.
2) Access & Device Policy
- Allowed: One web browser (non-incognito on laptop/desktop) and one Android app per member account.
- Not allowed: Incognito/private mode, shared desktops, browser/device swapping, automated logins, OS upgrade without informing us, or clearing cookies/cache to reset sessions. You also can’t use Mobile App and Laptop Web browser together at the same time.
- Exceeding device limits: Your account will be locked. Unlocks require manual intervention and, when necessary, deep log analysis. No specific resolution timeframe is guaranteed.
- We may temporarily throttle, suspend, or require re-verification if suspicious activity is detected.
3) Ownership & License to View
- Your subscription grants time-bound viewing rights only. All videos, code, quizzes, dumps, and materials remain the intellectual property of Hybris Tube or its licensors.
- Each member’s video stream is uniquely watermarked to trace unauthorized distribution.
- Downloading, screen-recording, re-uploading, selling, sublicensing, or creating derivative works from our content is prohibited without written permission.
4) Privacy & Confidentiality (Our Promise)
We understand your learning is private. We will not share any details about you or your learning journey with colleagues, employers, or third parties—or use it beyond the Hybris Tube scope—without your explicit consent, except where required by law.
We may anonymize usage insights to improve the course (e.g., popular modules, completion patterns). We also anonymize public feedback unless you request attribution.
5) Prohibited Uses
- Sharing accounts/credentials or allowing others to access your membership.
- Publishing, leaking, or forwarding our content (original or modified) to any platform or person without permission.
- Circumventing DRM/session controls; using bots/scrapers; attempting to probe or bypass security.
- Misrepresenting your identity or using corporate-owned credentials without authorization.
6) Support Scope
- We provide guidance on covered topics and, on best-effort, on general SAP Hybris topics for interview prep and conceptual understanding.
- Project delivery is out of scope. We may suggest approaches, but we do not own delivery timelines or outcomes for your employer/client.
- Support channels include email and scheduled calls (as per plan). Response times are targets, not SLAs.
7) Payments, Refunds & Invoices
- All subscriptions are non-refundable once opted, as access to digital content and support is provisioned immediately.
- Invoices: Issued on demand for Standard/Premium and by default for Professional (as stated on the packages page).
- Prices and taxes/fees (if applicable) are shown on the checkout method you choose.
8) Suspension, Termination & Enforcement
- Any violation—especially misuse or unauthorized sharing—may lead to immediate revocation of access, permanent blacklisting, and legal action without prior notice.
- We may investigate suspicious activity and suspend accounts during review.
9) Changes to Content & Terms
- We regularly update content when concepts evolve. Features and materials may change without notice.
- These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use implies acceptance.
